A Municipal Police officer from Alcorcón, off duty at the time, detained a man on Friday who was caught red-handed stealing mobile phones and other belongings in the dressing room of the Polideportivo de Santo Domingo in the town.
The incident took place on the football fields of the municipal sports center of Santo Domingo, when the officer, who was off duty at the time, suspected a man entering the dressing rooms while young people were practicing sports.

The officer caught this individual stealing mobile phones and other belongings from the athletes who were training on the football fields at the time, so he proceeded to immediately detain him for an alleged theft offense, as reported by the Municipal Police through their social media channels.
The quick action of this off-duty officer prevented the individual from taking the mobile devices from the dressing rooms, as he was handed over to his colleagues from the Municipal Police and brought before the courts for theft.
